1.     Bridging the Gap between Industry and Academia

Today, there is a gap between the educational curriculum and the problems faced by the industry. A communication channel is needed to communicate industry needs to the academia; and also understand creative work being done by the academia. 

In this talk targeted towards students and faculty of professional colleges, Arun shares his views on how to make academic programs more relevant to the industry needs. This talk is informative as well as inspirational for both students and faculty. The students will get mentoring on how to make their hard work relevant and applicable to the industry. Faculty will get inspired on their role in shaping the future.

2.    Inspirational Leadership: Leading from the position of no power

A common perception is that 'initiatives', 'innovation' or 'change' can only be driven by people with power. In an organization, we think it is the responsibility of the top management. 

In this talk, Arun invokes thoughts on how to go beyond "Carrot" or "Stick" leadership style and develop skills to become transformational leader by learning the art of "leading from the position of no power".

9.    7 Sutras of Success: A non-religious talk based on lessons from Ramyana

When Vbhishan saw Ram without a chariot and armor, out of love a concern cheeped into his mind - how can Ram fight with mighty and deceptive Ravan? In response to Vibhishan's doubt, Ram told him that to be victorious, it is more vital to have individual virtues than the equipment.   

In this talk, Arun takes the ancient wisdom and craftily  makes it relevant to the modern context and shares keys to success that are totally in your possession.

Target Audience: Anyone interested in becoming the driver to success (in life or in a corporate).

This is the information flyer of Arun's first public talk that initiated his passion for public speaking. The talk was delivered to senior citizens and other info-seekers in the heart of Silicon Valley (Sunnyvale Public Library, Sunnyvale California USA). What started in Sunnyvale Public Library, has become life's passion for Arun now.
