FROM ENGINEERING HAPPINESS TO AMPLIFYING HUMAN ADVANTAGE

For more than a decade, Arun's work has explored the connection between human potential, happiness, mindset, leadership, innovation and performance.

​

He founded Happiness Technology in 2016 and created the Engineering Happiness® platform to help individuals and organisations move from simply pursuing success to creating success with greater meaning and wellbeing.

 

His work has reached 300+ organisations and more than 300,000 lives, across corporate, government, academic and other institutional settings. 

​

His experience includes programs for senior leaders, business teams, sales teams, students, faculty, government audiences, sports teams and the Indian Army. He has delivered keynotes and conducted workshop across 4 continents. 

​

In his evolution as a seasoned public speaker, Engineering Happiness was the practice. Amplify Human Advantage is the larger mission.
