subject Regarding laughter yoga session
This is Pavan, a Fresher who joined an MNC couple of months back. I was in your session yesterday and I must say it was a wonderful experience being there. The very concept of laughter yoga is very beautiful.
Simple techniques taught by you would be really helpful to most of the people.
Also, I never knew why facilitators advise me to take a deep breath during the beginning of the session but I got the answer from you. Now I understand whenever someone says take a deep breath, there is a meaning to it.
